Argh! Best News Ever! As most regular readers will be well aware, I am rather fond of The Mighty Dead Or Alive. I'm also rather fond of The Mighty Dannii. I've been waiting for the Kiss FM mash-up of I Begin To Wonder set to the You Spin Me Round (Like A Record) instrumental since the begining of time itself. And now it's happened! The Mighty Pete Burns and co. have given Dannii permission to release her version, and they've even commisioned their own! The Dead Or Alive version of I Begin To Spin Around will feature Pete's vocals set to Dannii's backing track. Pete had this to say on the matter: "I do like her song, and think that the idea of the mix her people have done is good, but have hopes that our I Begin To Spin Around mix will be much better." According to The Right Stuff, Dead Or Alive are also approving two more remixes of You Spin Me Round to suit DJs and clubs with different musical tastes. How bonza.
